Compliance Statement

Builder Accelerator LLC, doing business as Builder Accelerator · Last updated September 12, 2026
This Statement describes the standards Builder Accelerator applies to its marketing, sales and program delivery. We are a United States company, we advertise on Meta and Google, and we hold ourselves to the rules that govern both.

1. Who we are

Builder Accelerator LLC, doing business as Builder Accelerator, is a real estate development education company based in Dallas, Texas, founded by Eric Crutchfield. We serve customers primarily in the United States.

2. Laws and rules we align to

  • Section 5 of the FTC Act (unfair or deceptive acts and practices) and the FTC's guidance on earnings claims, including the requirement that we have a reasonable basis for any claim we make and that we clearly disclose typical results where atypical results are shown.
  • FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255): testimonials reflect honest opinions and actual experience, we disclose material connections, and we do not present atypical results as typical.
  • FTC Business Opportunity Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 437): we assess on an ongoing basis, with counsel, whether any offer falls within the Rule and, if so, we provide the required disclosure document before purchase.
  • Telemarketing Sales Rule and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act: we obtain prior express written consent before sending automated marketing texts, honour STOP requests immediately, and respect the National Do Not Call Registry and our internal do-not-call list.
  • CAN-SPAM Act: every marketing email identifies the sender, includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, and unsubscribe requests are honoured within ten business days.
  • Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act and state automatic-renewal laws: any recurring charge is clearly disclosed, expressly consented to, confirmed in writing, and easy to cancel.
  • State privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and the privacy laws of Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon and other states: see our Privacy Policy.
  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act: our Services are for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act: see our DMCA Policy.
  • State consumer protection statutes, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

3. Advertising platform policies

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, YouTube and Display). We design our ads and landing pages to comply with Meta's Advertising Standards and Google's Ads policies, including their rules on personal attributes, misleading claims, unrealistic results, "get rich quick" framing, before-and-after style claims, and landing page quality. Our pages carry clear earnings disclosures, working legal links, our business identity and contact details, and a statement that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google.

4. How we substantiate claims

  • Figures about Eric Crutchfield's portfolio, projects and deal profits are his own business records. We describe them as his, not as what a customer will achieve.
  • Student results are drawn from real students and are labelled as loan approvals, project values or listing prices unless they are verified profit. We keep records of the source of each testimonial.
  • We do not publish a "typical results" figure because we do not have survey data that would support one. We state instead that most attendees earn nothing, which we believe to be accurate.
  • Copy that would state or imply a guaranteed or expected income is not approved for use.

5. Marketing review

Ads, landing pages, emails and event scripts are reviewed against this Statement before they run. Testimonials used in advertising are backed by a signed release. Material changes to claims are reviewed again. We remove or correct any material found to fall short.

6. Sales practices

We do not use fake scarcity, fake countdowns or fake "sold out" claims. Where we say seats are limited, it is because our event platform has a capacity limit. Prices, payment plans and refund terms are disclosed before purchase. Our sales team may not promise outcomes, financing or returns.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are stated on the checkout page and in the enrollment agreement for each offer, and summarised in our Terms of Service. We honour them.

8. Data protection

We collect only what we need, we tell people what we collect and why, we honour opt-outs including Global Privacy Control signals, and we use reputable providers under contract. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

We use only content we own or have licensed, and we respond promptly to copyright notices.

10. Age restriction

Our Services are for people aged 18 and over.

11. Reporting concerns

If you believe any of our marketing or practices falls short of this Statement, contact us at [email protected] or by mail at 2550 Pacific Ave #700, Dallas, Texas 75226. We investigate every report.
