A DMCA notice is a sworn statement made under penalty of perjury. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, costs and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f). Before filing, please check whether the use is licensed, authorised, or a fair use, and whether you are the owner of the copyright or authorised to act for the owner.
Send a written notice to our designated agent (Section 3) that includes all of the following:
DMCA Designated Agent
Copyright Agent
Builder Accelerator LLC, doing business as Builder Accelerator
2550 Pacific Ave #700, Dallas, Texas 75226
Email: [email protected]
We will remove or disable access to the material identified, notify the person who posted it, and provide them with a copy of the notice. We may also provide your notice to the poster and to the public where appropriate.
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Northern District of Texas) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
We terminate the accounts and community access of members who are repeat infringers, and we may do so after a single serious infringement.
For complaints that do not involve copyright, such as trademark, privacy or defamation, contact [email protected] with a full description of the issue and the location of the content.
Our trainings, recordings, workbooks, checklists and other materials are protected by copyright. Copying, sharing or reselling them without permission is infringement. We enforce our rights, including through takedown notices to platforms where our content appears.
