Privacy Policy

Builder Accelerator LLC, doing business as Builder Accelerator · Last updated September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Builder Accelerator collects when you visit our websites, register for a free training or event, buy a program, or contact us; how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices and rights you have, including under California and other US state privacy laws.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This Policy is issued by Builder Accelerator LLC, doing business as Builder Accelerator ("Builder Accelerator", "we", "us"), a company based in Dallas, Texas, United States. It covers builderaccelerator.com and its subdomains, our registration, checkout and member pages, our free trainings, challenges and webinars, our paid programs, communities and software, and our emails, texts and calls (together, the "Services"). It does not cover third-party sites we link to. Where you sign a separate agreement with us that contains data terms, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, time zone, and any details you enter on a registration or checkout form.
  • Purchase and billing: the programs or tickets you buy, price paid, billing name and address, and the last four digits and card type of your payment method. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
  • Program and community: messages, questions, posts and files you share in our sessions, Slack or Telegram groups, coaching calls and support channels; your progress and attendance.
  • Recordings: our live sessions, coaching calls and Q&A are recorded. If you appear on camera, speak, or post in chat, that content is part of the recording.
  • Testimonials and results: if you choose to share a result, review or testimonial, the details you provide and any photos or videos you supply.
  • Communications: emails, texts, chat messages and call notes between you and us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies from us and from advertising and analytics partners, described in Section 6.
  • Event platform data: whether you registered, attended, how long you stayed, replay views and poll or chat activity in our webinar and video-call platforms.

Information from other sources

We receive data from advertising platforms (for example, that you clicked one of our ads), from our payment and event providers, and from public sources such as review sites.

3. How we use information

  • To register you for events, deliver our trainings and programs, send reminders and access links, and provide support.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by law.
  • To send marketing emails and, with your consent, text messages about our events, content and programs. You can opt out at any time (Section 7).
  • To measure and improve our websites, ads, content and programs, including A/B testing and analytics.
  • To show you ads for our services on other platforms and to measure whether our ads work.
  • To publish testimonials or results you agree to share.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, our students and the public.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers who process data for us: website and funnel hosting and CRM (HighLevel), webinar delivery (WebinarJam), video calls (Zoom), email delivery (Kit), community platforms (Slack, Telegram), payment processing, scheduling, analytics and customer support tools. They may only use your data to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Ads, Analytics and YouTube) and similar platforms receive limited data through cookies and pixels, and through hashed contact details we upload for ad measurement and audience matching. Under California law this sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out (Section 8). Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from this sharing and are never provided to advertising partners.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, under confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Builder Accelerator, our students or others.
  • Business transfers: if we sell or reorganise our business, your data may transfer to the successor under this Policy.
  • With your direction: for example, when you post in a community that other members can see, or agree to a public testimonial.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Text messages (SMS) and calls

If you provide a mobile number and opt in on our registration form, we and our providers may send you text messages about your registration, including registration confirmations, event reminders and access links, and replies to your questions. With your separate consent we may also send marketing messages by SMS, including through automated systems. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected].

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

We may call you about your registration or purchase; if you ask us not to, we will stop. We honour the National Do Not Call Registry as required by law.

6. Cookies, pixels and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes: necessary (site function, security, checkout), analytics (Google Analytics and our platform's own analytics), advertising (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, and similar tools), and functionality (remembering your choices). Advertising cookies let Meta and Google recognise your browser or device across sites and show you our ads elsewhere, and let us measure ad results.

Your choices: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can also use industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com, and Meta's ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account. We treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.

7. Your marketing choices

  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send transactional emails, such as event access links, receipts and policy updates.
  • Text: reply STOP to any text.
  • Calls: tell the caller, or email us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Targeted ads: use the tools in Section 6 or the request process in Section 8.

8. Your privacy rights under US state law

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and under the privacy laws of states such as Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana and others. These may include the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Data portability, in a usable format.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise these rights: email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request", or write to us at 2550 Pacific Ave #700, Dallas, Texas 75226. To opt out of sale or sharing for advertising, use the same address with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We will verify your identity by matching the details you give us to our records, and may ask for more information to do so. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authority and ask you to confirm. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days where permitted. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within the time the applicable law allows.

California notice at collection

In the last 12 months we collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, geolocation derived from IP, audio and visual information from recordings, and inferences), for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We "share" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

9. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and then for as long as the law, our tax and accounting obligations, or the defence of legal claims require. Event recordings are kept for as long as the related program is offered. Marketing data is deleted or anonymised when you unsubscribe and after a period of inactivity.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit and reputable hosted providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

11. Children

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process data here. If you visit from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on our website or by email before they take effect.
